Each qualifying active referral earns a monthly service credit equal to 10% of the referring member's own monthly pool-service charge. Referral eligibility begins after the referred customer starts qualifying weekly service and makes their first payment. Both accounts must remain active and current. Ten qualifying active referrals cover 100% of the member's monthly service charge. Total credits cannot exceed that charge, have no cash value, and do not roll over. Repairs, supplies, and other additional charges are not covered by referral service credits. Program benefits and eligibility are subject to TotalCare Rewards terms.
